Having worked with hundreds of hockey players over the years the lead coach at RHM Coaching has over 20 years of coaching experience in hockey and currently coaches within the Talent Academy system, Bablake School and Bilton Grange School. Richard is also the Head Coach for Bourneville & Kings Heath Men’s 1st team, REWHC Ladies Club and the University of Birmingham.
Over the course of the year RHM Coaching runs multiple hockey camps throughout the school holidays. During the summer we have also partnered with Rugby & East Warwickshire HC to run the Friday Night Project inviting in various coaches and 1st team players to prepare players for the upcoming season.
The last 12 months has seen Richard working with the England Masters, with a stint with the Ladies O55s winning the Home Nations and World Cup Gold in New Zealand. Then this summer playing and coaching the Mens O45s Spirit team in Valencia winning another Gold medal.
