Friday Night Project

The ‘Friday Night Project’ is a collaboration with Rugby & East Warwickshire HC and ourselves. Player eligibility is via the club and players must have been invited previously to the club’s age group training sessions. These ages will range from U10 to U16 and over the 10 weeks players will work on both individual as well as team aspects to help them develop ready for the coming season. Players will be pushed and stretched whilst keeping the sessions fun and enjoyable.
Sessions will be held at Hartfield (Lower Hillmorton Road) and will start at 6:30pm with a warm up and finish at 8:00pm
